This UX redesign has made the inspection process at Southern Implants more efficient and effective.
Project Background
Southern Implants is a world-renowned dental implants manufacturer based in South Africa. They achieve excellence with their focus on continual improvement in all parts of their business.
This project, launched in November 2019, required a redesign of their inspection process to ensure that they maintained and even improved the quality of their products while making the inspection process more efficient and effective.
I was employed as a contractor on this project, working with the Inspection and Engineering teams at Southern to codesign a better process.
